BOOKING QUESTIONS
How do I book?
- Head to www.bloomsbeauty.co.uk
- Select your chosen category of what training you wish to complete.
- From the drop down menu, select the type of course you want to book.
- Here you will be met with a list of training dates available to you, then select the “INFO & BOOK" tab on your chosen date.
- Select "BUY A TICKET"
- Here you can choose how many tickets you wish to purchase in the "quantity" box, then select "CHECKOUT"
- Add your details
- Enter your payment details. You can pay instantly by selecting "Credit/Debit cards" or if you wish to spread the cost click "Pay It Monthly" where you will be directed to a finance application page.

Will I receive a confirmation?
​
- Upon successful payment, you will automatically receive an email with your training confirmation, ticket and link to a Google Drive with your exam, manual and welcome letter. Be sure to check your spam folder for this! If you still haven't received it, please contact us.

I can't find a suitable date, what can I do?
​
- We can sometimes run courses based on student demand. So please get in touch if there is a course you are interested in doing, and when you would like to do it, and one of our training advisors may be able to help you.

Do I need any previous Beauty experience to book a course?
- Beauty Courses:
All of our courses are designed for complete beginners, You do not need any prior beauty experience to attend.
- Aesthetic Courses:
You can attend any of our injectable courses if you hold a Level 3 Beauty qualification or are a trained medic.
If you do not hold any of the above, you can purchase our “Fast Track to Aesthetics" course which covers all of your A&P (Level 3 and 4) plus your Anti-wrinkle and Dermal Filler injectable courses.

What is the minimum age requirement?
- Beauty Courses:
Requirements are a minimum age of 16 to attend
- Aesthetic Courses:
Requirements are a minimum age of 18 to attend.

Are your courses in person?
Yes, all of our courses are held in house at Blooms Beauty Academy in Chelmsford, Essex.
​
You will be required to complete your theory at home in your own time before attending your full day of practical at the academy.
THE TRAINING DAY
Do I receive a kit on the day of my course?
If you are attending any of our ‘Lash or Brow’ courses you will receive a kit upon arrival to take away with you. However, Nail, Waxing & Aesthetics courses do not include kits

Where can I park?
​
- Our closest car park is High Chelmer Multi-Storey car park, which is a 1 minute walk.
- The cheapest car park is Moulsham Street Car Park, which is a 5 minute walk.
MODEL QUESTIONS
How many models will I need on the day?
​
This depends on which course you do. This will be detailed in the course information available to view online prior to booking. If you are unsure, please feel free to get in touch.
​
Model information and timings will be sent to you in your confirmation email once booked.
​​
Do I need to bring my own model?
If you have chosen a course that requires models, then yes you are asked to bring your own model/s for the day of training.
If you are struggling to find models we highly recommend advertising on the local ‘Chelmsford Community’ page, students have had a 100% success rate using this method.
Alternatively, we can support you in finding a model for a fee of £15 per model. Blooms are not held responsible should the model cancel on the day and will not be liable to refund you for your training.

PAY IT MONTHLY - FINANCE
I want to spread the cost of my course, how do I use Pay It Monthly to book?
​
- Choose which course and date you want to do, and head to the checkout. Select Pay It Monthly and fill out their quick and easy application form.
Will a credit check be performed?
​
- A soft credit check will be performed on you, and if you are not successful, it will not show up on your file.
If you are successful, a hard credit check will be performed which will show up on your file.
​
What are the benefits with using Pay It Monthly as a finance provider?

- Build your credit file
- Choose length of payment plan (over 2-12 months)
- Interest and fee free (no added cost)

How do I make monthly payments with Pay It Monthly?
​
- You can pay by direct debit, over the phone or with card payments online

I want to purchase multiple courses, how do I do this on finance?
​
- Please get in touch with us via Whatsapp or Email, and one of our team can send you a link including all the courses you wish to do on 1x application.

I have applied but my application has been referred, what happens now?
​
- Some applications get referred for more checks, the maximum waiting time is 48 hours. So please wait to hear from us!
​
My application has been rejected. What happens now?
​
- Any payments taken will be refunded to you within 2 working days. If you still wish to book, please contact us and we can help you get booked in using a different payment method!
